About this page
Hearts are the one shape that works equally well for a six-year-old and an adult with a set of fine pens. The outline is simple, so nothing is hard to draw, and the interior can be as dense as you want to make it.
This sheet deliberately mixes difficulties. The striped and dotted hearts fill quickly; the swirl and lace hearts need patience. That range means one printout can keep two very different people quiet at the same table.

Questions
What age are these for?
About 6 and up. The striped and dotted hearts suit younger children; the lace heart is for older ones or adults.
Can I cut them out?
Yes. There is a small margin around each heart, which makes cutting easy.
Are they Valentine-specific?
No. Hearts work for Mother's Day, birthdays and thank-you cards as well.
