About this page
Gingerbread houses are a group activity with a lot of waiting in them: the icing has to set, the walls have to hold, and somebody always eats a wall. This page fills exactly that gap — the child colours their plan while the real house sets.
The icing is already drawn, so the page reads as decorated without any colour at all. That means a child can colour the walls one colour and leave the icing white, which is exactly how the real thing works.

Questions
Can I colour the icing?
You can, but leaving it white is what makes it read as icing - the same as a real gingerbread house.
Is there a gingerbread man page too?
Yes, the gingerbread man page uses the same line weight, so the two print as a set.
What paper for display?
160 gsm card stock if you plan to cut the house out and stand it up.
